Once a patient has reduced their pain and started to improve their function again, one of the most important things to do is to start building up their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance so they can go back to their daily lives with a much lower chance of injury relapse in the future.

At Elite Spine Centers we have developed a special program of exercises with progressive difficulty so that patients can slowly, safely, and comfortably improve their stability and function over time. This is accomplished with a mixture of exercises to be learned and performed in the clinic and at home. Over time, we should be able to reduce the frequency of your visits to our clinic and be there primarily to help guide and maintain your progress.

Additional specific posture rehabilitation exercises may also be prescribed by your doctor on a case by case basis and changes noted over time utilising our special 3D Posture Analysis software.
